This product utilizes the thermal expansion and contraction of metals and the principle of steam, adopts snail-type spiral tube evaporation, external cooling of the tube, and automatic descaling new technology, so that the scale will automatically fall off when it reaches about 1mm, and no scale will be formed. It has high evaporation effect, no pollution, energy saving effect, reasonable structure, beautiful shape, easy operation, and stable working performance. How it works
The boiler steam is introduced, and the water and impurities are discharged from the drain valve through the vapor-liquid separator. The pure steam enters the evaporation tube, and the primary distilled water in the distiller evaporates into steam. After being filtered through the diaphragm, it enters the spiral condenser tube and is cooled into distilled water and flows out from the outlet. After the steam in the evaporation tube releases heat, it liquefies itself and is injected into the evaporation pot through the water supply bucket through the steam block valve to supplement the evaporated water.
