The AOP river treatment purification equipment is an combination equipment integrating nano-photocatalytic system, oxygen production system, ozone system, refrigeration system, internal circulation system, effective steam-water mixing system and the intelligent control system.

Product advantages

●The difficult-to-degradable organic matter in the sewage quickly undergoes a redox reaction with hydroxyl radicals, and the polymer and macromolecular organic matter react to form small molecular compounds until carbon dioxide is generated, the result is a rapid reduction in the COD index or a rapid improvement in BOD5/ COD value in the water, thereby improving the biodegrade ability of sewage.

●Oxidize the low-valent phosphorus ions to high-valent phosphate ions in the water. The phosphate ions combine with calcium ions to form calcium phosphate, which reduces the phosphorus content in the water.

●Because the macromolecular compounds or proteins that affect the ammonia nitrogen index, which are also oxidized by the hydroxyl radical, the ammonia nitrogen index can be reduced in the water.

●Sulfur-containing compounds caused the bad odors are quickly oxidized by hydroxyl radicals to form sulfur dioxide or sulfur trioxide, which dissolve in water to form sulfates or sulfites, thereby quickly deodorizing water.

●Catalytic oxidation of complexes or chelates in water, hydroxyl radicals react with heavy gold ions to form insoluble heavy metal hydroxide precipitates. Convenient separation and recovery, which is beneficial to the elimination of heavy metal pollution in the water.

●Hydroxyl radicals can quickly kill algae and fungi, making the water innocuous and harmless.

Ozone decomposes into elemental oxygen and oxygen molecule, with free radical reaction:

O+O3  →  2O2

O+H2O  →  2HO

2HO  →  H2O2

2H2O2  →  2H2O+O2

O3 decomposing into free radical accelerates under alkaline environment:

O3+OH- →   HO2+O2-

O3+O2- →   O3+O2

O3+HO2  →  HO+2O2

2HO →   H2O2
